Registration should be done through web link present in QR code only once

No, it’s a single individual registration

SurakshaQR doesn’t locate the Ambulance. However, it shows the prominent Ambulance partner contacts specific to the location. Victim/Bystander has the option to choose and call their preferred Ambulance partner.  

No, Bystander who is scanning the code will be just able to alert the emergency services and no personal information will be shared with them

Yes internet is needed in case of emergency to locate the place or if u don’t have internet the provided toll-free number can be used to help the victim

According to the details provided during registration your emergency contacts will be alerted about the emergency through an SMS once the ambulance arrives at the spot

You should enter all medical information such as blood group, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and past surgeries if any.

You can enter your past medication history which is taken from long such as your diabetic/BP/Blood thinners which will be of great help to the hospital for reference purpose in case of an emergency

 

It is Ok if you don’t know your Blood group, you can still register on SurakshaQR

 

Only the ambulance team who came to pick up during emergency and emergency doctors will be able to see your medical records

Once registered with SQR, your ambulance ride is covered by SQR. However the SQR users are covered with Personal accident cover, which includes the Ambulance ride up to Rs.5000. User shall claim as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Insurance partner portal mentioned in SQR website.

 

The Ambulance partner shall take you to the nearest hospital as suggested by the By-stander/ victim.

By-stander can scan the QR sticker of the victim, present on Phone/Bike/Helmet/car to notify the accident and initiate emergency response

 

It is mandatory to add family/friends as emergency contacts to alert in case of emergency

 

Periodical health check-ups and updating your Health details will help us to give you best Medical Intervention during emergencies.
