Refund Policy

All purchases from SurakshaQR are considered final and non-refundable. Once the product and/or Services are purchased or registered by the user, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Users are advised to carefully review their selection before completing the transaction.


1. Non-refundable Medical Tests: Medical tests are non-refundable once the order is placed. Customers may request a change of dates for the medical tests up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests for date changes will be accommodated based on availability.

2. Doctor Teleconsultations: Doctor Teleconsultations are non-refundable once the order is placed. Customers may request a change of dates for Doctor Teleconsultations up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Date change requests will be accommodated based on availability.

3. How to Request for Date Change: To request change of dates for medical tests or Doctor Teleconsultations, please contact our customer support at 1800 313 3130 within the specified time frames mentioned above.

4. Exceptions: Date changes may be considered in exceptional cases due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer support for assistance in such cases.
